Ronah Arinanye Tugume performs the Human Resource and logistics functions of Radix Management Consulting (U) Ltd. She maintains correspondences between the firm and clients on various consultancy assignments. She is further responsible for team expert identification, sorting and alignment for the diverse consulting Projects. She coordinates the process of development of technical proposals and management of logistical requirements in liaison with team specialists and the Managing Director. She also coordinates the development of consultancy reports and deliverables.
She has an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences and a Diploma in Business Administration. She is pursuing a PhD in Business Management.
