Robert Tumusiime is the ICT and E-learning specialist for Radix Management Consulting (U) Ltd. He works with a team of specialists to design ICT-oriented technical solutions required by the clients. He oversees the e-learning system portal of Radix and provides high level ICT speciality in all related assignments. He has a Masters in Information systems, a Bachelor of Computer Science and a number of other specialised professional courses. He has designed a number of e-learning systems for a number of organisations and clients. He communicates with clients on all technical matters involving advisory services connected to ICT.
